At the tip of the Caravelle peninsula, overlooking Baie du Trésor, Pointe Caracoli is an emblematic cape of Martinique.

Here, you can savour the flamboyantly coloured sunrises and sunsets that dance in the sparkling robe of Karakoli aged rum.

The first in the INTARSIA collection, old rum Karakoli comes from the Spoutourne plot, one of the driest on the estate. As with the vines, the scarcity of water in the weeks leading up to the harvest results in a remarkable aromatic concentration of the cane.

Beneath its golden color with amber and slightly glowing highlights, Karakoli offers a powerful, complex nose, marked by a delicate woody note with a pastry-like nuance of caramelized vanilla and coconut powder.
On the palate, it offers suppleness and silky texture. Full-bodied and round on the palate, with floral and balsamic aromas (honey, spices, roasting).
